Lancaster County The Lancaster County School Board is holding a Special Board Meeting-Public Hearing on the draft FY 2019 budget Thursday, March 1 at 5:30 pm at the LCPS Annex. There are two parts to the meeting. The first is the presentation on the draft FY19 budget and the second is the hearing at which members of the public may comment on the proposal. There are four requirements for public participation: They must come to the podium to address the board. They must legibly print their name on the signup sheet and indicate whether they are a resident of Lancaster County or not. Comments are limited to no more than 5 minutes. No discussion of specific personnel. The Kilmarnock Planning Commission is holding a public hearing Monday, March 12 at 7:00 pm at Kilmarnock Town Hall (1 N. Main St, Kilmarnock).
