Lancaster County The Lancaster County Board of Supervisors meets Thursday, December 13 at 6:00 pm at the Lancaster County Administration Building. The agenda includes a closed meeting to consider personnel and legal matters, a public input session, presentations (Broadband Authority, Next Generation 911, audit), public hearings, and leadership reports. Following the open meeting, the supes will meet to talk 2019 organization. The Town of Irvington 's annual Holiday Lights Contest takes place Wednesday, December 12 . From Case Foundation, November 30 (newsletter): In 2016, the Milken Institute collaborated with the U.S. Small Business Administration to form the Partnership for Lending and Underserved Markets (PLUM) . The goal was to "develop actionable solutions to long-standing barriers that constrain minority entrepreneurs from accessing capital to start and grow business." The institute formed pilot programs in Baltimore and Los Angeles, documenting their research along the way.
