A friend pointed out that (Crowdsourced) Outreach and Assets on the NNK is not a permanent fixture on the blog. Well, it is now!
The page Connect, engage, promote, learn launched last week.
For the uninitiated, (Crowdsourced) is a free resource. The purpose is the document places online and IRL to reach out, promote, and inform residents, visitors, businesses, government, and stakeholders. This resource is intended to reduce the time individuals and organizations have to spend noting the physical locations of businesses with bulletin boards and FB groups and other social outlets. Saving time here will hopefully allow for more time to do other work.
Anyone on the NNK may use the info to reach out to various audiences. In the same way, anyone on the NNK can, and should, edit as necessary. One recent edit was the addition of the “Clothing Closets” tab. At the moment, there is only one organization listed, Oak Grove Community Closet -Oak Grove Baptist Church, but there are others and anyone with info should add it. Please.
