Adults age 60+, caregivers, advocates, and service providers are encouraged to participate in the Statewide Assessment Survey for Aging Services. The results of the survey will inform the development of the next State Plan for Aging Services.
In the survey, you will be asked about your experiences with providers, access to services and supports, and more. The survey is anonymous and takes about 15–20 minutes to complete.
The survey is open until September 25.
