Social listening for marketers (PDF) lays out the values of listening. The authors write, “The power of social listening is where authentic human dialogue transforms to insights. From there, it’s all about how you use them.”
If the ideas―inspiring product development and revealing emerging opportunities―are daunting, take it slow. Join Reddit, pay attention to one or a few subreddits such as r/NorthernNeck/ or r/NNK_Life (find more in the social tab in (Crowdsourced) Outreach on the NNK), and then comment as appropriate.
