2026 Proposed Regulations Related to Wildlife, Fisheries, and Boating; Fee Increases Related to Hunting, Fishing, Trapping, and Boat Registrations identifies the opportunities and offers robust information about the rationale as well as the red line version of the regs.
Topics are freshwater fisheries; game wildlife; hunting; hunting, trapping, and fishing license and permit fees; non-game and endangered species; recreational boating; and watercraft registration and titling fees.
