The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality is holding a public meeting Moday, September 16 at 6:00 pm to provide the public with information about the biosolids and land application process. DEQ will cover “technical issues concerning the proposed permit such as site-specific information, the standard content of permits that regulate land application, and how the public can provide comment on the permit.” (Source)
