Lancaster HS's goal for football team: Build a community that builds successful men

Lancaster High School football coach Landon Gouveia is calling on business owners to help build a football program that “builds men that are successful in life and in our community.” The school is creating a program and is asking businesses to buy ads. The programs will be distributed at home games.

To the question about how the programs will help build a meaningful and future-oriented football program: Donations will be used to provide pre- and post-game meals to the players as well as other needs and supports for the players as they arise.

The game day programs and other efforts are also designed to build a community around the team so that any and all Lancaster County residents have, as they say, skin in the game.
