The draft identifies “near-term and high impact projects to reduce GHG [greenhouse gas] and other air pollutant emissions.” (Source: https://www.deq.virginia.gov/our-programs/air/greenhouse-gases/climate-pollution-reduction-grant)

The final report will be delivered to the EPA by March 1.

The Priority Climate Action Plan is one of two ― the other is the Comprehensive Climate Action Plan “to implement a longer-term statewide plan to reduce GHG and other air pollutant emissions” ― required under the EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant.
