Northumberland Public Library has announced in their fall newsletter that their new mobile library is undergoing finishing touches and will be on the road soon. The official hitting the road day celebration is Wednesday, September 13 at 3:30 pm at the Boys and Girls Club (8200 Northumberland Hwy, Heathsville).
