Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project, Inc. (SERCAP) assists eligible low-income households with outstanding rent and/or utility payments. To qualify, individuals must have a household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, have a child under the age of 18 living in the home, and been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
