Property owner takes aim at hunting dogs in lawsuit

Since we're on the subject of hunting, starting July 1, 2022, Sunday hunting on public lands will be lawful; see Hunting on Sundays; permits hunting on public or private land, etc. for details (though there's not much more to say). This is a major change; the Sunday ban has been on the books since 1643, when approved by the House of Burgesses.
