Proposal to survey James, Appomattox, Rappahannock, and Potomac Rivers and DEQ is seeking public comment
NOAA is proposing to survey some area rivers and the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality is seeking comments. The details:
- Hydrographic Survey of Southwestern Chesapeake Bay Rivers, June 2022 – October 2023
- Comment period: April 4, 2022 to April 22, 2022
- Rivers: James, Appomattox, Rappahannock, and Potomac Rivers
