District 4 Supervisor Thomas H. Tomlin expressed his frustration over County Administrator Luttrell Tadlock’s decision to consult with Chairman Ronald Jett and change the regularly scheduled board meeting from September 13 to September 20 due to the threat of Hurricane Florence.

In a prepared letter, Tomlin stated he was not given the opportunity to provide input on the decision to change the meeting date and had prior obligations which would prevent him from attending the meeting on September 20.
