- Lancaster/Northumberland Habitat for Humanity is accepting applications for their home ownership program. Applicants can be singles or families and have a household income is between 30%-60%of the area median income*, among other requirements. Applications are due August 20. Applications are available at the Lancaster and Northumberland Department of Social Services offices, the Habitat Office/Resale Store at 460 N. Main St in Kilmarnock, and online, lnhabitat.org.
