New and modified laws effective July 1 in Virginia

Life in Virginia changed a bit July 1 with the implementation of some new and modified laws. The article does not list every change, just notable ones, such as that vets must "submit information about the animal and its owner to the state's prescription monitoring program" if they prescribe controlled substances, and it's now easier for school boards to make recess longer for kids.
