- Grants Hill tower: They wish to construct a new communications/radio tower to increase the effectiveness of the County’s police, fire, and emergency services personnel.
- Brubaker: The project site is a waterfront lot located on Icehouse Point Road in the Bushfield subdivision along Nomini Creek. The site includes one residential structure (1963), a pier and boat ramp. There are existing non-conformities on the site that pre-date the zoning ordinance. The property does not have at least 100 feet of lot frontage and the house is currently located within the side setback. The project proposes to demolish the existing 1-story residential dwelling and replace it with a new 1-story dwelling to include an additional room and basement. The proposal also includes grading and re-planting within the waterside area of the site, primarily between the 50 and 100 foot buffer.
